"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. "I want to thank all the staff at the Radisson Blu Business Bay Water Front Hotel. Everybody had a job to do and they did it in the most professional way. From the Guest Service Agent, the Concierge, Waiters and Waitresses, front desk Supervisor etc I would keep going and going.
