"The hotel is awesome I didn’t like how I had dried my clothes for 66 min and they was not dry."

"Parking was easy. Shower had mold in it. Also, sink did not have cold water (water only came out hot, and it got very hot, very quickly). When I mentioned at check out, I didnt even get an apology or an offer of a reduced room rate. The desk clerk only said that she would mention to the manager. I could not recommend this place. "

"The valet staff went above and beyond, and the front desk staff (for the most part) were friendly. The rooms, while relatively nice and clean, the outer facilities and those parts of the hotel seen thru my hotel room and from the elevator, were in need of a deep cleaning. It was clear this hotel is one in transition and I would hope that it will improve positively. A particular recommendation is for there to be more lighting out front; when returning to the hotel at night it was not very well-lit nor was there proper hotel signage. But what it lacked in bells and whistles, it made up for in hotel staff attentiveness. Overall, a nice stay. "

"The lobby should have fresh water available all day. Many people walk the city and it would be nice to have fresh water in the lobby. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned better. There was no cold water in the shower. The hot water was so hot I couldn’t use it comfortably."

"orbits states that the property is pet friendly when in fact they do not accept any pets of any kind. After having several different conversations with the staff. The hotel manager stepped in and was aware of the huge error orbits did by misrepresenting the hotel in its ads. This almost cost us our reservation due to orbits mistake. Thank goodness the hotel manager took care of the situation and we were able to stay."

"For the money, this was a great hotel. It offered everything we want in the room when we travel and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast had multiple choices of hot food. The location was very convenient, so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the affordable, secured on site self-parking garage. We'd stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful BUT my key card to the room didn’t work after midnight for some reason. The last in the front desk had to get the master key card."
