"Unremarkable experience in this Hotel Colonial Iguazu. Hotel staff don't speak and can't understand English. It was difficult to communicate. In addition receptionists aren't friendly, they never said "Good morning". The conditions of the room weren't that good, very old fornitures (doors, shower...) and we didn't find the floor clean when we first entered.
The price is good and so the food (we had breakfasts and lunches). "

Fizemos a mudança para outro quarto cujo colchão era maior do que a cama, o que causou desconforto. O chuveiro quase não sai água e o banheiro bastante sujo, com insetos. "Walkable to the Brazil side of. Iguazú Falls. Also, very close to the airport only six minutes away. We were able to be one of the first ones in line at the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls which made everything go so smoothly. No lines. Excellent pictures of. Iguazu Falls "

"The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations .
It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . The facilities were excellent and the staff in the pool bar and restaurant were all so pleasant and friendly. João in the bar was an absolutely fantastic guy who was always there with a smile and had a great sense of humour .
The rooms, although basic , had perhaps the best showers we’ve used in our total time in Brazil . The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.
