This is a wonderful property with beautiful grounds, many swimming pools and good amenities. Rooms were nice and clean with Nespresso coffee and bottles of water. Food and drinks at the bar were good with friendly service.

We really enjoyed at the Hilton doubletree, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the AC at the first night and they changed our room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was fantastic, fresh and delicious. We quite disappointed from the pool cleaning, there are bugs and leaves floating. The spa and the massage you can’t miss. Few minutes from the hotel there’s a nice Mall.

The room was in good condition, but the staff was not very courteous if you didn’t speak Portuguese or Spanish. The dining staff left us at a table for an hour after placing our food order and when I mentioned it to them they brought out the food which was cold. Being a Hilton hotel and a Hilton Honor member, I had hope for reasonable and courteous service despite the language barrier. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and in a good location.
