The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Buffets (both breakfast and dinner) are exceptionally good. Pools are also very nice and have lots of shaded and sunny areas and lots of lounge chairs. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Traveling Families!

This resort was amazing. It was a last minute booking and we did not know what to expect. We were very pleased that for such a great price we could get this amazing place. Perhaps the most amazing thing was the breakfast! We all agreed it was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. We actually felt like we could just sit and stay at breakfast all day with the many choices! Wonderful place!

Not good at all. 2.5 star at best. Not a 4.

My family stayed her for 2 nights and it was not good. The lobby looks nice but it stops there. The food was average food. The rooms were terrible. We had two rooms that were full of ants. We called but they only cleaned one room after I called twice. After I left I had ants in my clothes and bags and was picking them out all day. One of our rooms did not have hot water in the shower so my children had to take cold showers. The grout in the shower is covered in mold. This place is terrible and I am not sure how they have such good reviews. We told the front desk and all we got was a shrug and “ok we will write it down”. At the minimum they should have taken money off the room that did not have hot water. The beds are terrible and are just sheets on a bare mattress, no mattress cover. Yuck.
