Friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean room with excellent accommodations, and great location. Ample parking. One of the side table lamps in our room was shorting in and out. We bought a replacement bulb ourselves, but that still didn’t fix it. We will definitely come again.

Rooms were clean and premises well kempt; however, there is almost no shade for reprieve from the sun--only three old umbrella huts with a few lounge chairs under them--the drinks at the pool were expensive and not drinkable, the restaurant was slow and the service in the same was poor.

The Gardens at West Maui are a nice home away from home. While you won't find all the bells and whistles like all the neighboring resorts what you will find is a comfy bed, a washer and dryer, a kitchen to cook with all the tools, a shower with good pressure and decent hot water I say that because it wasn't always screaming hot like I like, Personal preference. While you have to clean up and do your own housekeeping if that doesn't bother you this is the place for you! What you get in return...ample free parking, right across the street from Napili Bay, right next to golf course and trail. The one bedroom has two bathrooms so if you're not into sharing with a significant other you'll have your own. I found this condo to be quiet and affordable, While I didn't have a sweeping ocean view, I had great internet and cable and my own ice maker. I found myself enjoying comfort over view as I just had to walk across the street. I enjoyed the roosters they have personality so if you don't think you like hearing that pack a mini fan to drown them out. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot not sure why some people where saying it isn't. The bbq doesn't get very hot but maybe that was user error. The grounds where nice the front office lady was extremely inviting and helpful. This place is affordable and comfy and for the most part quiet, I didn't have any noisy neighbors. This is an honest review and I will stay here again when I return to Maui.

Upon arriving the desk clerk was a little short .I thought it was we were chevking in late. We were asked to pay 40.00 a night for parking self park or 45.00 a day valet parking.wow so for our stay of 13 days it was 480.00 The staff at the restaurant was short we had ants on our table and asked to sit elsewhere. When we were moved the staff was rude. Another couple sat at the same table only to be moved due to ants.the cleaning staff were great and the rooms were kept.While checking out The person on the desk was short.We asked to take care of our tab so we could just leave and not have to check out in the am with the crowd she acknowledged but went on to do other things we askef again and it seemed like we were bothering her .i think a class in customer service would be a good idea.
