The rooms could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor in the corners of the bathroom. Very few outlets, none by the desk. Definitely not enough to charge your devices. There was only 1 nightstand for the 2 queen beds - could have had 2 more.
Their “Top Rated Breakfast” was very basic. There were no hot options unless you wanted to microwave the refrigerated egg sandwiches. There was only 1 small microwave for everyone so you had to stand in line and wait. Not “top rated”.

It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there.

Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited options for other meals for the four days we were in Seneca Falls. It was a problem. Staff was very responsive and friendly.
