« Very central to a lot of areas in Dallas but overall I’m very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very kind and allowed us to have a late check out. But the pictures online were VERY deceitful. Roaches everywhere, the door to the closet missing, shower had cracks and soap holder missing from it, cough had so many unknown stains, dirty towels and bedsheets (even after the room was being cleaned).
