"I really liked the room itself, suite style and very clean. Easily accessible from the highway and to shopping. My one complaint was that I wanted to put on the a/c but it wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they stated that the whole building has to be heating or cooling and since it just started getting warm the cooling was not turned on yet. Thankfully I could open a window, but not having the option to put on the a/c was a bummer. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!"

"Definitely not baby friendly. Bed sheets were stained and there was a fresh sauce stain on one of the beds. Microwave could not be used due to it possibly exploding in your face. Air conditioner screen kept falling off. Blow dryer not working. Could not wait to check out."

"Clean rooms, but older. Hallways were dirty. The airport shuttle only comes 1x every 40 min, so you may have to waot awhile. You have to put your name in to reserve a spot for shuttle back to the airport- so you may not get to utilize this perk and have to call an uber, like we did."

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "
