« The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

« Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

« Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home! »

« Very informative from the beginning to the end. Wonderful customer service and great communication skills. Answered questions and responded in a timely manner. The condo was clean and very convenient for my toddler birthday trip to the Georgia Aquarium. Just a 5 minute walk. If ever in Atlanta I would definitely book again. »

« The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the aquarium, the convention center, a museum, various other tourist attractions, and groceries. The area is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted to; they had plenty of supplies including pans, tools and basic foods (sugar, flour, oil etc). We had some troubles with the thermostat. The bedroom...
