The building's parking is not gated as one may expect of a newer high-rise, however, it is monitored and secure with fencing. There is only one entrance/exit from the parking lot. When entering the parking one passes directly by the main lobby doors and front desk for observation. All of our condominiums have above-ground parking and the parking lot is monitored 24-hours a day by security cameras. All of the common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, i.e. lobby, elevators, halls, and basement laundry area. Our team is available If something should come up. From the Victorian era buildings to the brand new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high powered mix of restaurants, attractions and commerce that characterizes Downtown. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes. Other Things to Note: Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control. Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice. Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you. Interaction with Guests: This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone apart from check in and showing your ID to the front desk. Our team is available If something should come up. I didn’t wanna park on site because I was afraid if someone would break in my car (if you do take everything valuable with you l).Now to the apartment its not bad but it had a weird smell in it , the kitchen was by far the best thing in there, some dishes were dirty so me and my spouse went to target to get our own.The cooking utensils was wear down,So that was another trip . The remote was missing a battery and one of them didn’t work the Roku wouldn’t not connect to internet we ended up plugging our Mac book to tv.Pillows looked very old and had dirty on them.The carpet had stains on it.The floor is broken in the bed room next to windows one window didn’t open.The desk has no chair to it and had a weird smelling liquid in it.The bathroom was by far the worse very old the tub had so much hair in drain my husband had to clean it and unclog the tub;toilet drains slow as well.The hand soap in the bathroom is the same as the dish soap, they had the wrong pods for dishwasher so you couldn’t use it , and when I tried to use dishwasher it was leaking. The cleaning category of broom mop etc not good at all no cleaning products what so ever the broom is old, and the swiffer had no pads. I would say book here if you have to for school/work but not got a gate away nor relaxation. (Very loud neighbors always fighting) ##### Anaiya D. I knocked off a point for cleanliness, but that really wasn’t an issue. The place could use a coat of paint as well, but the kitchen had been upgraded already and I’m pretty sure that everything else was a work in progress!
