This entire condo accommodates up to 3 guests and includes 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom. The layout is designed for simplicity and comfort, making it well suited for solo travelers, couples, or small groups looking for a convenient downtown stay.

The open living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a TV with standard cable and Wifi for streaming or staying connected. Set in Atlanta’s Downtown Hotel District within Peachtree Towers, the condo places you within walking distance of major attractions including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and AmericasMart. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk away, connecting you easily to Midtown, Buckhead, and the airport.

Additional details
Paid parking is available on and off premises. Long term stays are allowed, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib can be provided upon request.

Convenient parking options are available—a surface lot is located right next to the building, and a parking deck sits just a block away. Please note: parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Getting around is just as easy with Uber and Lyft rides typically 5 minutes or less away, offering quick and affordable access to everything Atlanta has to offer.

Extra Touches
For your comfort, I’ve stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can travel light and settle in right away.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding Futon and standard couch.
