"This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! We were greeted by the ladies at the front desk, and they were nice. We walk into our hotel room and we immediately smell a moldy smell then we see the bathroom door cracked and the door knob itself was broken and didn’t work. Then I check the rest of the room and was disgusted by what I found I checked the two beds and I lightly pulled on the sheets and the sheets flew off the mattress and the mattress has blood stains and pee stains the second mattress has the same thing. The curtains also had blood on them. We leave the hotel room and talk to the ladies at the front desk and they offered us a different hotel room but we weren’t interested. I asked them for a refund but they told me I had to contact the third party to get a refund. This is a horrible hotel!"

"I was surprised by this property after reading that it had great reviews. I arrived to find that the carpets were very dirty, there are no elevators to assist people who cannot use stairs, the breakfast ends earlier than most hotels, and while the site says they offer a shuttle to the Colorado Springs hotel, they do not. The room was very dated, which made the bathroom seem unclean. The coffee maker was placed in an area where no plug was available. The lobby of the hotel looks kind of lodge-cool, but other than that, I found no value or attraction to staying at this location again."
