"Crispy was awesome at the time of check in. The bedroom was a little too warm. The AC would not go lower than 74 during the day. The tiki bar was excellent and Kyler and Stacy did a great job. Super friendly and efficient. The housekeeping was only okay. They did not clean our drinking glasses. I found a few dusty spots, and we were short on towels, so we had to request for those at the front desk. The day we checked out, Alexis was amazing and super helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"We had high hopes, but those dissipated quickly. First off, the area is horrible. Transient people and nefarious activity everywhere. Our room was filthy. There was literal sand in our bed and room. A broken beaded necklace or bracelet on the bathroom. I don’t believe our room was cleaned. We asked the front desk, and were told someone would come, but they never did. The front desk lady, got political on me, which I didn’t appreciate. Children everywhere, dogs in the pool, drunk guests in the walkway. I felt held hostage, will never stay here again."

"Pool area looked comfortable unfortunately the weather was over cast the day we stayed. Staff at check in were friendly our room was recently renovated bright and fresh!! Bed was comfy and amenities good. Restaurant next door Kelsey’s had amazing Italian Food and reasonable price "
