I would not recommend staying here. The property looked quite run-down and poorly maintained from the outside. The self check-in process was also confusing, as the room name on my reservation did not match the room I was actually assigned, so I had to call to confirm that I was entering the correct room. Inside, the furniture was very dated, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. However, these issues alone would not have made me leave a negative review. What really made the experience disappointing was the service. Our room was supposed to have a coffee table, but there was none. I called politely to ask if we could have a table, and the response I received was, “For what?” When I explained that we needed it for eating, I was told that there should already be a coffee table in the room. I explained that there wasn’t one, and was simply told, “I’ll see what I can do.” The tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. We went out afterward and, unsurprisingly, no table was provided by the time we returned. Overall, between the condition of the property, the confusing check-in, uncomfortable room, and especially the poor customer service, I would not recommend this place.

The room was very clean with new a/c and tv. Amber was amazing in recommending places to eat and letting us stay a bit of extra time at checkout. Polite, kind and very helpful. Thanks! 15 minutes from North Sydney ferry, shopping, and places to visit and eat. Recommend to make a few updates to the bathroom, but overall had all that we needed. We will be back!
