"Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. "

"It pretty amazing Everytime we go. We have been there three times the past five years staff is friendly arcades very nice but extremely over priced but it's a waterpark what do you expect? Clean rooms usually but this time we got there around 430 check in is at 4 we couldn't check in until 530 so we missed our a bunch with the water park the first day kinda frustrating... Also no tissues toilet paper or big towels in our rooms. So I had to hunt down a cart And snag some from there not a huge deal just annoying after the long drive and late check in. Another HUGE issue hot tubs weren't even hot in the slightest and the showers were barely Luke warm. I had my mother in-law with me she was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it was too cold for her so huge disappointment! Besides that honestly camelback never disappoints but this year was by far the worst experience we have had so far."
