Staff was amazing

Staff friendly, older property, good breakfast

We were looking for a pit-stop on the way home to Canada and all hotels in Florence were booked. Expedia helped us find this hotel off the beaten path, no too much, and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were cheerful, room was spacious and very clean. And the included breakfast was above average compared to the other hotels we stated at on our way to and from Florida. We noticed a lot of pet owners with dogs were checking in and we were informed that this hotel was one of the few in that area...

Front desk workers were friendly but once we got to the room it went downhill. When we went to make the sofa bed up there was only a pillow and a fitted sheet in the bag. The fitted sheet was stained brown. Candy left in the drawers. Dirty face clothes found drying in the shower curtain rod. White stains on the carpet. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Second time in Florence. Another great stop over hotel on our way down to Florida and back. Hotel very friendly, clean, beds were fantastic! Great breakfast options.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left I felt like this place was top notch. Service, breakfast, room all get a 10! One of the nicest places we've stayed in.

Staff was great, room was very good. It was very noisy outside and you can hear everything if you face the front.
