"The family really enjoyed being able to spread out, (especially the teens). The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect! Close enough to the stores, when needed and the Row when wanted :-) The Host was so accommodating, I can't thank her enough! Such a perfect getaway. Seeing the deer lay down from the kitchen window on our last morning was a perfect goodbye. We look forward to our next stay!"

"Cute house, loved the location and backyard. Floors and doors were weeks so woke each other up when going to bathroom at nite. Husband was not a fan of sitting areas or stools in kitchen..too heavy. I loved how well stocked everything was and the beautiful cups and plates were a wonderful touch. Our friends are making reservations with you for July or August. I thought cost was reasonable. Thank You!"

"We have stayed here several times. It is private yet within walking distance to grocery stores and several restaurants. Karen and Dave are very welcoming and responsive. They spend a lot of time tending the property/gardens and keeping the hummingbird feeders filled. Always an enjoyable stay!"

"This is a cute home on a tree-filled hill top. It was clean, comfortable and the host was super friendly. All of the neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard made it easy to travel with our two dogs. The driveway and entry could be a bit challenging for someone older or with a disability, but we didn’t mind. It’s super steep, more than it seems in the photos. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while our son's attended summer baseball camp. The home was very clean, comfortable and in a great location to town. We enjoyed riding Ebikes into and around town to eat and explore during our entire stay as well as taking a short drive to Watson Lake and a little off-roading. Our booking, check-in and check-out process was great. We hope to return again soon."

"This is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. The property is beautiful & its surroundings are natural & serene. We had 3 large dogs with us, who could NOT have been happier, as the entire property is fenced & private. The interior is modern, welcoming, & they have everything you might need if hosting a group. Aaron was responsive, the check in process was seamless. This is a GREAT VRBO!!!"

"Three couples stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed Prescott. The view was awesome, and the different venues on the property offered full access of the views. This property enhanced our Prescott stay! The only downside was that there were only 2 and 1/2 baths, but workable."
