This house was great for us. Plenty of room in kitchen, dining and living room. Bedrooms were comfortable. House was clean and well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Location is near downtown Prescott so we could walk to tour the shops and eat at local establishments. Todd, the owner, was good at communicating with us. The only concern for a renter might be the steep gravel driveway. Not ideal for seniors or if you need to push a stroller. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had 12 deer visit right outside the house, which the grandkids loved. If you are really picky, it might bother you that the house is missing a couple of window shades and there is a squeaky place in the kitchen floor. I was full of anxiety and wanted a quiet house big enough for a few of us to relax in, with all the comforts of home but close enough to town to walk if needed. The beds were comfortable. The house provides a beautiful view and Todd is so very quick to answer any question that you may have.
