"This property is suitable for school groups or those on a tight budget. When we arrived they did not have our reservation but there was room so no problem. The room itself is sparsely decorated but clean. The bed was so hard we thought we were sleeping on the box spring call Brideau, it was just just very old. No hot water. It got very cold at night and my wife and I huddled together under the single blanket and sheet and then if we weren’t miserable enough to the dogs started barking at 4am...

Outstanding stay in Merida
Great room and cleaned daily, staff fantastic and Gino, the manager could not do enough.
By mistake left an item at the hotel and Gino arranged for our taxi to deliver it to us
Swam daily, quite and peaceful.
Was offered coffee or tea on our arrival back and the staff could not do enough to make our stay successful. Liked the hotel so much, we stayed an extra 2 days
Close to shopping, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Paseo Montejo and the new big Park with lots of...

I can't stress how amazing it was to stay at Casa Loreto. The hotel was very beautiful and the historical colonial charm really stood out, looking exactly like the pictures.
Rooms were very clean and onsite parking was easy.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very delicious and the chef was extremely knowledgeable about Mexican regional cuisine. The restaurant staff were also super helpful and accommodating.

After reading the reviews we stayed here for a night on our way to Valladolid. And it was amazing. you are really in the middle of nature. they have a small pool area, lots of nice walking around and cute displays to discover.
They also have two cenotes on side: a cave cenote - amazing to go all the way down, with an underground river, with a small boat in case you want to row around (but you can also walk around). The other Cenote Antiguo goes in and is open and you are in the middle surrounded...

This Hacienda was recommended by a good friend of mine in Merida. I stayed for 8 nights in the Casa Maya, right at the beginning of the Botanical Garden, close to the pool and the main building. It was fabulous—clean, lovely toiletries, a very power shower, and the most luxurious bed! I was welcomed to the Hacienda family immediately upon arrival by Lilia. Lilia, Maria, and Kimberly were always around at the main building for anything I needed—and I was always greeted with warm smiles by...

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it...

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I have stayed many times and always look forward to it. Aside from how cute it is, the water pressure is good, bed is comfortable, the a/c works great, the wifi is reliable and the staff is excellent.
