« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Motel basique mais avec des chambres rénovées. C'est calme et à deux pas d un sentier de randonnée dans la forêt. Le centre ville est assez éloigné. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner décevant. »

« It was run down. Dirty. No office staff on weekends. Partying all night. Didn't get any sleep. Doors slamming and screaming and hollering. Security guard checked us in then they're gone. Went to indoor pool. Going up ramp outside trash laying around. Then beer cans sitting on railing. Startled in door a couple was on each other like fixing to have sex. So we left. This was like 7 pm. We went back to room and the party had started again in our building so we packed and left. We stayed Friday...

« What a beautiful play to stay! This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and it won't be the last. We had the cutest room upstairs topped off with a private corner porch with rocking chairs. This room was perfect and spotless. The towels were thick and soft, and the bathroom was extremely clean. There was no TV in our room, but it didn't even matter. We spent our time on the porch catching up, listening to nature, and just focusing on each other. Breakfast was so enjoyable as we got...

« Great customer service. A beautiful and unique facility. Staff met us in parking area to help with luggage. Provided a great over view of the facility and amenities. Walked us to our room and explained the room amenities. Quiet and very unique. Provided a served hot breakfast in a central room. The owner/builder ate with us each morning providing a wonderful explanation of the building and its plans for future developments. Facility is 6 minutes away from Central Helen. Great location.
