« My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms and buildings are renovated, the area and surroundings are very peaceful, lots of activities to do & staff is very friendly, except for Chris at the front desk who does not seem to want to be there. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Helen. Loved the oldies music being played at breakfast! »

« Upon check in we were informed there wasn’t any hot water, been broke for a couple of days, were told it would be fixed by 0800-1000 the next day! Went to our room and as soon as we opened the door, the room smelled of human urine!!!!! Went back to front desk, clerk walked to our room and immediately agreed it smelled of urine. She gave us a new room. Next day comes, 11 am still no hot water and again was told 1pm. At 5 pm, still NO hot water, was told by the plumber that the part just...

« Room and the especially the bathroom was not able to accommodate a walker for elderly that had mobility issues. »

« Location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walkable to most places. I would stay here again. The price was good »

« Great »

« Parking was very convenient »

« Hôtel très propre et calme. Une mention très spéciale pour le personnel qui nous a apporté une aide inestimable lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème avec notre voiture. Nous les remercions chaleureusement. »

« Loved property locale, close to town yet was in a pastoral setting. Didn't use property amenities cuz my focus was on Oktoberfest & shopping. Room nice, roomy, & quiet. Great view off the balcony, patio set perfect for kicking back & having a glass of wine or eating breakfast. Was not happy being unable to operate main bedroom blinds. They're installed on a downward slant & wand very difficult to use. Shower constantly dripped & had mildew! Used 2nd bathroom instead. Main bath & bedroom...

« Good property! »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Tout était parfait »

« We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Helen Georgia. I was skeptical about Hampton Inn as I have never stayed at one. I have to say, I was very happy once we arrived. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful with suggestions (and a map) for dinner. We had a suite that was quite roomy! I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family. »

« Location was great. The room smelled. The AC kept turning on and off all night, despite being set on low fan. The mattress was sagging and needed to be replaced. »

« I don’t want to say the place was dirty per se it was just a very old building. »

« Wonderful place. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Will be back again »
