The staff here are superb! Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with anything I asked for (even during air attack!) Housekeeping was outstanding and restaurant staff were great. The included breakfast was unbelievable! It‘s too bad a certain Mr Putin showed up from time to time but try as he might he could not spoil the atmosphere here.

Зупиняюсь в цьому готелі вже не вперше. Дуже уважний персонал, затишні теплі кімнати, зручні ліжка, смачний сніданок та розташування відносно недалеко від залізничного вокзалу, звідки відходить ще й купа автобусів

My wife and I stayed nearly 2 weeks at this hotel. This hotel offers incredible comfort for Kharkiv. Good location (close to metro), grocery store on first floor, state of the art gym on 4 th floor and a wonderful restaurant on the 5 th floor. Best breakfast with good choice. The room was extremely clean and room service excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a fairly new building and there seems to be some unresolved issues with hot water to the rooms. It requires several...
