« Très bon séjour dans le centre de Kiev. L'hôtel est magnifique et le service au petits soins. J'ai abuse des services du concierge qui a répondu rapidement à mes demandes. Pas mal de bons restaurants dans les environs et à 20 minutes à pied du centre (krechatic). Voiturier pourrait être un peu plus accueillant toutefois. »

« Of course this is a true 5 star hotel with all the services you should expect. I personally like their SPA facilities with a great swimming pool. Rooms have luxury gadgets like tv sounds in the bathroom and a room switch for not being disturbed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was helped in several occasions including for searching local donation centers or sightseeing.
