Great Hotel Apartments

Super helpful and friendly staff and big, clean rooms. Add to that the washing machine and kitchen, and it’s the perfect place for a longer stay in Kyiv.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable.

Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.

Grundsätzlich ist das schöne Beherbergung. Gute Lage. Sehr praktisch. Viele Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäftstladen in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sauber und komfortabel. Aber bei uns war ein Nachteil bedauerlicherweise: das Zimmer roch nach Zigaretten, obwohl das Rauchen im Zimmer verboten ist. War auffällig, dass das Personal versucht hat, es mittels des Raumsprays zu verstecken und den Geruch zu beseitigen. Hat aber nicht geklappt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung! Guter Eindruck letztendlich!

Nice autumn stay despite Various shortcomings

The staff were friendly and helpful. We rented an apartment but it was really very bad equipped with kitchenware. The television did not work, and the water pressure was really to low to take a shower without breaks. The refilling of simple stuff like tea letters and toilet paper didn’t really work.

Un accueil magnifique. Des personnes prévenantes. Très beau studio, calme, propre. Une excellente boulangerie au pied des appartements, un marché à 300 mètres. Idéalement situé.

The Greguar Apartments a very good place to stay. My only issue was that the radiators were not working. There was a plug in radiator but the lead didn’t reach any of the plugs

Good base for Kiev

A comfortable place for a short stay in Kiev. Near Olympic Stadium and the metro, it is only a 15 minute walk to the City centre. A good selection of restaurants in close proximity.

A quality *5 experience not to be overlooked!

It was about 1.5km outside of the main city centre, but the amenities on its doorstep were great. There was a fabulous restaurant called Rooter’s and was great value and fun. The hotel staff on reception were always courteous and helpful and it was a pleasure to return back to. I’m would definitely return there again and really enjoyed having breakfast in the cafe/bistro next door as the quality of the food was excellent. If I made any comment about the cafe/bistro I would say PLEASE bring the hot porridge out first and then perhaps 5/10 minutes later the eggs. By bringing them out together, by the time I’d finished the srummy porridge, my eggs were stone cold. Overall it was a thoroughly good stay and worthy of this positive review 👍

Location is excellent. I think it is overpriced. But to be fair, it seems that hotels in Kiev are generally overpriced. The hotels rates for brand names are similar to downtown rates of big cities in the USA and Hong Kong.
