The staff here are superb! Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with anything I asked for (even during air attack!) Housekeeping was outstanding and restaurant staff were great. The included breakfast was unbelievable! It‘s too bad a certain Mr Putin showed up from time to time but try as he might he could not spoil the atmosphere here.

My wife and I stayed nearly 2 weeks at this hotel. This hotel offers incredible comfort for Kharkiv. Good location (close to metro), grocery store on first floor, state of the art gym on 4 th floor and a wonderful restaurant on the 5 th floor. Best breakfast with good choice. The room was extremely clean and room service excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a fairly new building and there seems to be some unresolved issues with hot water to the rooms. Great hotel with spacious room and very welcoming and helpful staff. They will go out of their way to help you. the breakfast was delicous and offered in room service. The bar bar was well stocked and coffee is fresha nd tasty. Free fast internet and parking. Bonus English speaking staff.

Excellent value for a reasonable price. This hotel is made by its staff, from the initial greeting to going at times far beyond their duties to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I can't remember a single request that was forgotten, neglected or refused, including provision of a bath robe which was not, in fact, a statutory accessory of the room paid for. Both ladies in charge of the reception during my stay at the Palais Royal were an example of politeness, patience and readiness to help...
