The food was delicious, the reception team was warm and welcoming, and the staff responded quickly to every request. The entire resort was spotless, and the cleanliness truly impressed us. "We spent our honeymoon at the Zenza Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Tucked away from the busy tourist areas, it offered a relaxed, low-key vibe that was perfect for us. The hotel provided beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and convenient golf cart rides to and from the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the best part was having Smith’s Reef right off the nearby beach. We swam with sea turtles every day! The beach was never crowded, and the daily complimentary fruit, cookies, coffee, and pastries were a great touch. Plus, several excellent restaurants were within walking distance."
