We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful modern design. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. We loved all the little extras, especially the complimentary snacks and the bath bombs. They made the stay feel so welcoming and luxurious.

We had a lovely view over the vineyard and Lake Seneca, very peaceful and serene. The hotel and rooms are a little dated but everything was very clean and the location more than makes up for it.

The staff was accommodating even for late check-in & able to organize water cattle & barbeque on request. Overall we had the best sunset while staying in cottage 18.

Special thank you to Joanne and the rest of the Dorm Hotel staff for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I felt safe and at home which made my first trip to Ithaca and the country so memorable ! Hopefully I’ll be able to go back sometime soon :)

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Burdett House. Not only are Ashley and Dave fantastic hosts they sure know how to make a phenomenal breakfast. Their home is super clean, meticulously maintained and provides a super cozy vintage feel. The location is walking distance to some of the wineries and a quick drive into town/near hiking trails. Thank you again for the awesome visit. We hope to be back!

Beautiful location near the lake and next door to a State Park, we enjoyed the hikes! Food was delicious and grounds were beautiful.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Room was ready and very clean, including a large and well stocked bathroom. The host was great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Great location right on campus of Cornell. Rooms are small but comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful property! I wish I had stayed longer.

The view was phenomenal. We were there in late October and were able to see all the autumn colours. The food at the onsite Bistro was excellent. Be sure to reserve your spot early. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The best staff I have seen in a long time. All very kind and helpful. Clean room and very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was simple but had something for everyone.

Great service and ambiance. Lovely setting. Updated room in a historic building. Remodeled bathroom. Fantastic people!

Loved the style of house, room with a great view. Great location to waterfalls and downtown market area.

An innovative and unique experience to stay in an old school roadside motel where the charm of the retro and historical nature still exists with a modern touch. I love the idea of revitalizing a local property and name that has been around for decades. The owners and employees take pride in this and it shows in their food and drink offerings which come from local producers, and their room decor choices which are listed in their in-room information guide. Everywhere I turned there was something...

Nice clean and quiet property. Food was excellent.
