« The staff I experienced was overall phenomenal but the property condition was horrific. Everything was dirty and slapped together with little care for quality. The whole property outside was covered in trash and there’s a homeless camp in the back. People were sleeping in their car in the parking lot and sending their kids in to let them in the locked doors. It was a lot of money to spend on such a trashy place. « Room I was checked into had candy wrappers on the floor from the last guest. Got the deluxe sweet with whirpool tub, the tub had no plug and the whirlpool jets didn't work. For the price I paid I was rather disappointed. »

« While this is an older property, the room was clean and showed signs of recent renovations. Walls appeared to be freshly painted and the bed was new. The manager was very friendly and provided her personal cell phone number in case anything needed attention overnight. In my opinion, this was an exceptional value for the money. Its location close to historic Saint Genevieve makes it an ideal chose for visitors on a budget. I would recommend to anyone. »
