"Great experience. My son was playing in a bag and accidentally pushed my wifes wallet underneath the couch. We noticed she checkout that she didn't have it. I called the front desk asked the cleaning staff and went to check the room herself, to no avail. We ended up stopping back and i asked if we could get into the room and was told no problem. Accompanied by Amy, I believe her name was, she was new to this hotel. I looked under the couch and sure enough the wallet was there. I appreciate the fact they allowed is back in the room for a mistake we made. "

"Hilton garden inn at sawgrass was more than accommodating for our extremely delayed flight. Contacted them to inform that we wouldn't be getting in till about 4AM and Brian checked us in. Our beautiful room was ready and waiting for us when we arrived no check in hassle. We were able to get to bed and deal with that stuff the next day. Stay was beautiful. We appreciate your service.
