« La propiedad es un sueño y la tienen perfectamente mantenida , los restaurantes son muy buenos , Yubarta es un concepto único de relajación y conexión interior y el spa es muy completo también . Hay un problema con el personal de los restaurantes y el servicio al huésped en general que no funciona . Reservas no aplicadas , problemas de comunicación serios entre el staff, información errónea, y en general una percepción de errores graves de logística fueron la constancia durante toda nuestra...

« La vue depuis l'hôtel est sublime. Attention de choisir une chambre côté ouest (422) car celles côté ville sont sujettes à beaucoup de bruit de circulation et de musique. La plage est petite mais le côté droit était agréable. Bonne nourriture en abondance surtout au restaurant méditerranéen. Les animateurs sont jovials et endiablés. La piscine était correcte avec une belle vue. Le personnel avec qui nous avons eu des services était correct. Frantz, Abraham et l'équipe à la réception et au lobby...

« Le Mosquito est bien placé sur la playa Bonita mais aucune plage de sable n'est présente en ce moment. L'hôtel en lui même est esthétique et les chambres sont confortables. Par contre l'hôtel est couplé à un bar restaurant avec musique en permanence et plein de monde partout jusque tard le soir. C'est un spot de surf public qui attire beaucoup de jeunes. Du coup, impossible de trouver un endroit tranquille pour se poser pour apprécier la vue ou assister au coucher du soleil. »

"Un complexe magnifique avec un parc luxuriant, de belles piscines, une petite salle d’entraînement et une très belle plage semi privée. À noter qu’un très bon et beau resto, le Porto, est quasiment sur le site au bord de l’eau. Je le recommande ! Pour ce qui est de l’appartement : très luxueux, un haut standing et très agréable à vivre, 3 salles de bains, 3 chambres sur 2 étages, 3 terrasses et un jacuzzi. Par contre, malheureusement, tout est un peu défraîchi (les robinets fuient, les poêles sont finies, rouille dans le frigo, laveuse et sécheuse…la cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas bien et le jacuzzi fuyait….heureusement, un technicien est passé rapidement pour nous les réparer. Donc en somme, ce n’est pas très dérangeant et l’appart est globalement incroyable. Maintenant, le problème à Las Terrenas c’est les infrastructures d’eau et d’électricité. La région s’est développée trop vite et les infrastructures ne suivent plus….du coup, ça fait que chaque jour ou presque, il y a des coupures d’eau et d’électricité (donc d’internet aussi). On fait avec…c’est correct pour les vacances. "
