Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment.

The room was clean and the staff is very attentive however the set up is weird as there is no separate bathroom. Instead there is a bathroom and shower stall and a sink. You have to buy WiFi but they would not sell it to us because it was down most of the time. The property is beautiful, lots of pools and beach beds and chairs, the beach is gorgeous. The food is ok, not too many selections at the buffet - and the restaurants are not authentic.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, it really exceeded our expectations! The food was consistently good, both at the buffets and the restaurants, and there was plenty of variety. The staff was the highlight here. The service was always friendly and attentive. Our favorite staff member was Patricia at the Tamarindo bar. She was incredibly attentive, funny, and made our stay amazing. We loved setting up on the beach every day, where there were always available seats. There’s something for everyone to do here, whether you want a quiet stay or a more lively atmosphere, this place is for you!

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time at Toms home. The staff made our stay memorable- they were fantastic. The staff were so attentive to every detail and we genuinely enjoyed each one of them. The house and location are breathtaking. Beach just steps from the home is spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay
