The rooms and facilities are way better than the pictures. I booked a 2 room and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant I would rate as very good, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the beach club, it’s nice to not pay extra for a chair. I booked through Expedia and my airline choices only listed Puerto Plata as the entry point. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive, apparently it’s 2 hours from the Santo Domingo airport so next time I will do that. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Convenient. Love that beach is across hotel and there is a bar on the beach ! Pool area has a bar as well. Drinks are good!

We are from US and were on vacation in Dominican Republic. We booked the property for one night stay. After driving for four we reached the property and we did not like the location and property up keep. If you are used to staying in nicer properties, please stay away. Location is in the city of Las terrenas and not some pleasant place. You will see the local traffic on the road across, then the beach is also filled with locals and does not feel private. The property will not feel like an upscale place. We booked another hotel right away and overpaid to relocate. We asked the hotel to refund our money but the management is very adamant and did not accommodate our request. Overall a bad experience
