"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "Let me tell you! 1000/10\. This hotel was nothing less than amazing. Firstly, the staff were always courteous and friendly, helping as much as they can. At certain times, even when there wasnt an item, they went looking for it. The room service was even more affordable than going out to eat and the food was plentiful. Breakfast was great and a lot of variety to choose from. My friend even had a birthday and they surprised us with a cake, a plate of fruits and a letter saying happy birthday. It was so thoughtful and we didnt expect it. I mean overall, it was an absolute pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!!! "
