"Great customer service "

"The room was not what you would expect from a 5 star. The supposed double bed was closer to a single bed and the humidity in rooms led to pillows + sheets being damp all the time. No amount of AC, ceiling fan or anything could help. The elevators kept going out of service throughout the trip and the AC in the elevators wasn’t working many times. The food at resort wasn’t good and we kept leaving to eat at the strip. I never leave reviews but I feel the need to because somehow all reviews before we chose this place failed to mention these things. This is our second stay in Cancun and we can confidently say this is closer to 3 star resort. "

The food was another highlight. There was an incredible variety of options, all of them delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a new experience. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond—always checking in to see if we needed anything, bringing food and drinks directly to us by the pool, and ensuring our comfort at all times. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, with everything perfectly replenished without us ever needing to ask. The level of care extended into the restaurants as well. The team was incredibly attentive, always asking about dietary needs. My mother has sensitivity to spicy food, and they kindly customized her meals every single day with genuine care and enthusiasm. A special mention goes to Chef Antonio Hernandez, who made a lasting impression on us. He is not only a talented chef but also an incredibly kind and respectful person who truly cares about the guest experience. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service"
