"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"My parents are the regular customers here. We like the way the staff serve us, patiently, carefully and make us feel like home. The facilities is ok, variety and wifi is fast. The whole place is enjoying, like you are literally living in a resort. Especially the water park. It is so huge that it can contain lots of facility. Both for adult and kids. Suitable for all ranges. Hope it can do even better in the future."

"This is new apartment nearby MRT Taman Suntex, room very cleanning and can sleep 4 person per room, there are two toilets available also, also have swimming pool and gym room on the 8th floor. The homeowner also very nice man, last day he still send us to the bus terminal. Thank you very much "
