I really hate that, even though we have warn them, they just ignore me. on daylight, the hotel did swith off the corridor lamp. walkway to the room is too dark,I do recommend the hotel should switch on the walkway lamp because it is really dark. I do request non smoking room, but the hotel give me the room for smoker.. they also put ashtray in my room. Our room was not ready when we got the access. We were lucky we saw room service lady at the end of corridor and requested her to assist to clean up the room. She took 30mins to clean but she told us no drinking water and towels available. Very disappointed. Here i must mentioned dispite crowded and agitated visitors, staff manning the check-in counters still managed to give a smiling face and properly greeted me. Keep up the good work!
