"The breakfeast was good. Each day it was something different to eat. The over room was clean. The air didn’t work at first but after a quick power reset it worked. The staff was real friendly. Great stay for families. "

"Went for a birthday girlfriends weekend. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and provided what we needed. Our room couldve had better lighting by perhaps an extra lamp. Nice big tv, comfortable beds. The balcony was big and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good and the overall condition of the resort was well maintained. We called for early checkin and was told we could come as ealry as noon if we wanted at no extea charge. Id assume this would normally be based off occupancy. Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators. "The parking is onsite in a ramp and complimentary and very convenient. The property was in significant disrepair. It is a large property with many guests, and only one elevator was working throughout the weekend. This made the utilization of the elevators nearly impossible. The room's heat was overactive, with the room extremely hot even after setting the wall units to 60 degrees. The shower barely put water out during use with most water coming out of the tub faucet."
