The staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in the area.

In the area to visit D Day sites. Close to major roads. Had dinner at hotel one night and it was quite good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Could have used more towels and pillows - but we forgot to ask if we could get more. Second one in this chain that we have stayed at and would definitely stay with this chain again.

Nice place, but indicating how to get out of the hotel area after the gate was closed would’ve been nice, we didn’t know how to get out and no code was indicated for us. Also there was a man screaming around 11:40pm about something and I think security came to talk to him so I felt safer knowing that.

There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds. Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine. The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel. It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened.

The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Free underground safe parking lot with EV stations. Lots of spaces available. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice machine where you make your own. Good selection of hot and cold food. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room was quite small, but clean and efficient. One night stay and didn't utilize any of the on site dining.

Great location, near both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train station, as well as the métro and bus lines. Very close to the Old Town, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and they have a resident cat! Very walkable area. Breakfast was included and had cold and hot options. Quiet at night. Great walk in shower. Again a separate toilet, but very close to the sink. The room was a bit small for me as I like to leave my suitcase out and couldn’t really but it really depends on the room you get....

Helpful staff. Great restaurant on the roof! Walking distance to main squares in restored old town.

Clean room. Staff very nice and helpfull. Breakfast was good.
