"I must say I was very disappointed with my stay at this Royalton property. I have stayed at two other Royalton resorts in the past and had positive experiences, so I did not think it was necessary to read reviews before booking. Unfortunately, I was greatly mistaken. I booked my stay along with five friends, who each reserved their own rooms. Out of all of us, I believe only two were satisfied with their accommodations. Considering the price we paid, the experience was far below expectations. Upon arriving at my room, I was shocked to find that it looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The images were very misleading. I have stayed in motels that were in better condition. My bed was poorly made and looked as though someone had already been lying in it before my arrival. Thankfully, while I was on my way to the front desk to complain, I was approached by a staff member named Errol. After I explained the situation, he personally brought fresh linens and properly remade the bed. His professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was also not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, and overall housekeeping standards appeared to be lacking. The food was another disappointment. While there were some decent meals earlier in the trip, the buffet food during the last three days of our stay was not good at all."
