The bay house itself is gorgeous, rooms are clean and there’s always lots of beautiful brightly coloured fresh flowers on the tables and around the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Probably the best service and most friendly staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We have a 9 month old boy and they were so great with him too, they really went above and beyond with us and our boy and made our first family holiday extra special. The hotel is on a very steep hill, we didn’t walk it and we are quite fit and live somewhere quite hilly, but this is something else! But the view from the top is spectacular! The free beach shuttle is at 10am and brings you back at 3pm, but you can always get a taxi back later with Annie and stay down at the beach for longer which we did quite a few times. Beautiful people in Grenada, felt safe everywhere, amazing hotel, so sad to be back at home!
