Alister, was very helpful so was the other lady at the check in desk,can't remember her name. Miss Deslyn and the restaurant staff was phenomenal, Miss. Deslyn thank you for making my birthday extra special😊 To have the beach right there when I walk out from my room was more than I could ask for, I had the best time!! I will be back again. Thank you for everything, the food was also very GOOD.

The staff was remarkably friendly. I felt very well served at all times. BBC beach is the most peaceful place you can imagine. The view is great.

Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.

Really liked the location, close to Grand Anse, but juat over the hill and still quiet, with a less busy beach in front of the hotel that provided stunning views. The apartment iself is not very modern, but it was spacious and it was only a short walk to find places to eat and drink. Overall it was good value and the staff were friendly.

I love the Gem. Friendly people, nice view, comfortable, clean, and everything we want in a place to stay. Love the balcony. It's not for those looking for luxury, but excellent for those who want clean and comfortable in a nice location.

Upon my arrival the pillows and cases were dirty with old yellow stains, skirts on the beds were very filthy I reported and they change them, after that they continue cleaning the room every day. Staffs were very polite, breakfast was good.

Greneda has our heart! The apartment was fantastic, clean, spacious, etc.. Great location across from the beautiful beach. Was an easy walk for us to the spice market! Everyone was so wonderful! We will be back soon!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is a little dated but it was still nice. The staff was exceptional and the location was good. Plenty of food options and right next to the beach. Enjoyable, relaxing and convenient.

The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. The gentleman at the front was not welcoming at all. The other staff members were great, especially Loraine, Roxanne and Ingrid.

Clean , spacious room. Comfortable beds with good ac in the bedroom and a nice little patio area to sit outside. They also provided beach towels which was handy. Some tea and coffee in the room would have been nice but the kitchen was well stocked otherwise. The staff were mostly very welcoming and friendly.

Booked a week here was great place to stay. Staff where very friendly and help full. Room was clean maybe a little dated but im ok with that . And had all the things I needed. With a full kitchen, exactly what i was looking as i am chef, i like to have the option if i want to cook, gathering ingredients from lokal markets. Gem is on a great beach, most days was very quiet, and relaxing. Will definitely return probably for longer stay.
