They were very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could use some attention when it comes to comfort. A desk lamp, lounge chair with a reading lamp, a luggage rack, a shelf in the bathroom and over the refrigerator to hold dishes and silverware, coffee pot and cups and glasses would have made it more comfortable. A little more attention to the decor would have made the room more inviting. Providing toiletries such as lotion and body wash would have been appreciated. While the room was situated with a beautiful view, these suggestions would have enhanced the experience." MORE than responsive to our questions and needs. Any issues we had with the villa we rented she was on top of. That said, here's what we encountered (as 3 couples): Pros: Location couldn't be faulted as the views from the main and top floors were fantastic. Private pool plus 2 extra open-use pools. Short walks to Secret Harbour, Prickly Bay, and a small beach at the bottom of resort. A number of very good places to eat within walking distance (including the West Indies Brewing Company and a well stocked mini market). Very good housekeeping services. Close to the airport and St George. Easy to find for tour operators. Very good WiFi. Cons: If you're not fond of walking steep hills consider renting a car as there are 2 that need climbing to get to said amenities. Cramped kitchen area. No AC or toilet on the main floor (had to go downstairs to the bedrooms). Spiral staircases ONLY although you can get into the villa via back doors. Outdoor grill that NEEDS to be replaced."
