"The hotel was clean and well-organized. Staff was friendly and professional. Loved the quiet lounge with free coffee and tea, and accessible printer. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and received a warm welcome from the check-in gentleman with offers to refresh ourselves after our long flight overseas before leaving to sightsee until our room was ready. Staff was amazing and responsive to my difficulties printing some tour tickets and attaching cruise ship luggage tags before checkout. Request for extra bathroom supply was also met immediately. Overall, love the central location, within walking distance to Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square for dinners; 2 underground stations, buses and all the hop on hop off buses stopped nearby. Would stay here again."
