The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They allowed an early check in because the room was ready and upgraded me to a loft! They helped with parking and gave suggestions of favorite local spots. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Hotel room was nicely designed but temperature was hard to control. Biggest complaint was room was street level and noise outside continued into the night sometimes until 2:00 am. Young Icelanders party hardy! Desk employees were all courteous but their knowledge level was uneven regarding transportation options. Location was super.
