Great location a little way out of the city, beautiful view of the beach. Bed was comfy and room amenities were fine. However, the parking fills up fast (not designated by room number), we came home one night to find the spot outside our room was taken and the rest of the carpark full so we parked outside near the restaurant. Not a huge deal, but may be important to note if you have accessibility needs. Also, the walls are thin and people are loud, especially if your room is underneath the hot tub area. Footsteps above are thunderous, avoid if you're a light sleeper or bring some quality ear plugs.

Booked a superior room but was a little disappointed upon arrival. It doesn’t look like what it shows in the picture. easy check in as we arrived before 9. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The towel is kind of small to use but we got clean towels everyday. No onsite restaurant. Got nice pictures of midnight sunset

Its situated in a gorgeous place right by the water. Room is very small for three people and the price we paid. The hot tub was not hot. the dinning said Saturday-Sunday but in actual fact was closed all the time. we did have dinner there on Sunday night but that's about it, it was closed all the time. Our room was not properly cleaned. only towels were added and no bathroom tissues. we asked for it and was provided immediately. I won't complain about the view, was the only romantic thing about the room was the little window to the ocean that kept me happy. Also we could not take a shower, because the hot water was sulfaric volcanic natural hot water and we could not stand the smell. so beaware of that!

Very easy to access. It felt as if the hotel had seen better days. The accommodation was clean and affordable. The restaurant is overpriced but the personnel were extremely friendly. It was our last night in Iceland and we were exhausted. We had a good night’s rest before heading to the airport.

The unit itself was fine. My son thinks he got a few bed bug bites there- he saw one but didn’t think anything of it until waking up with bites. The rest of us were fine so maybe just a random one off from a previous traveller? The oddest part about this place was the restaurant. The literature in the room said it was open for dinner, but when we went, there were what appeared to be university students hanging out, and no food to be had and no one around to ask. It has a good location and could be wonderful if you go when some staff are about.

Quaint, small property outside of Reykjavik. Our door didn’t lock, from the outside or from the inside, but we were only there for a quick overnight stay. Felt safe anyway so it was fine.
