"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"This was the best resort I’ve been to, what really made a difference was the people who worked there. Starting with Enrique at the front desk who was accommodating and made sure my birthday was special. And the entertainment workers who made sure we had a fun and relaxed time! Like Manuel who was very attentive, funny and kind! Everyone there made the experience that much better. The rooms were beautiful, the property is gorgeous, the pools are top tier. "Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. Was not very busy while we were there and service was still just ok not good or fast. Buffet very small and not a lot of variety. Pool was good and clean and beach was very nice, lots of waves but still spots you can swim easily "
