"The room is nice and clean and has good air conditioning and hot water. Location is excellent. The only bad experience I had wasn’t with the hotel itself but with the agency they use for guest accommodations. I contacted them about airport transport and was told to message their agency SUP Tours. They tried to charge $35 for a $3 taxi ride. When I told them this was very expensive I was sent a long disrespectful reply telling me I shouldn’t visit the Galapagos if I don’t have the budget for it....

"A Wonderful Stay Thanks to Excellent Customer Service My husband and I have stayed at Hotel UNIPARK every year for the past 10 years. During our last three visits, we were assigned rooms with disappointing views. On our most recent stay, our first room had a serious water leak, and the staff promptly moved us to another room. When they asked whether the new room was comfortable, I honestly explained that the bathroom was ridiculously small, making it difficult for us to sit on the toilet without bumping into the sink. The staff listened to our concerns and moved us to a comfortable room with a beautiful view, where we spent a wonderful week. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable sharing our concerns and acted quickly to resolve them. I hope the hotel will pay closer attention to room maintenance, bathroom size, and room assignments. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate the staff's professionalism and willingness to listen. They turned a disappointing start into a wonderful stay. Thank you, UNIPARK team! We look forward to returning! May & Cris"

"The buffet breakfast has a variety of food, you can also request your eggs prepared as you wish. There is a mall across the street, plenty of restaurants and store fronts they also have a movie theater and a arcade for the kids. A pool for the children and one for the adults, plenty of space to relax, they also have a lunch buffet which is not included but a fair price. A small lounge to relax at the end of the day with sports on their TV. Over all I found this hotel to be pleasant, this why I returned for the second time. The staff are tentative and will go above and beyond."
