"We booked 3 nights (15th,16th and 17th September 24) at the Whitewater Spa hotel but due to work commitments could only stay for the 15th and 16th. As a result the hotel upgraded us to a superior room which was very good of them."

"Great hotel, great location and lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Bus 591, 555 stops just outside the hotel and can take you anywhere whether it’s Windermere, Grasmere, Keswick all very easy to commute. Some great restaurants around. Staff extremely friendly at the reception. Breakfast top notch - 10/10 for Manuel who takes orders at the brekkie area , always smiling. Would highly recommend. "

"Very friendly staff and the hotel had a pool and sauna. The pool was being used at the time we were there as a training venue for children and we just used the sauna and jacuzzi. The room was very clean with lovely fresh towels with tea coffee making equipment. We never had anything to eat in the hotel but had a quiet drink in the lounge at the end of the evening, overall a nice hotel"
