« Amazing hotel so beautiful right on the lake perfect. We got upgraded from a cosy double to a regular double which was lovely. Staff were very nice, breakfast was great, house keeping were great, they wrote a card to the birthday guest which was so lovely. Perfect location to walk into town and to the lake harbour. Had an amazing trip loved it! Thank you. »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!!
We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up.
The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry"
It is a shame !!!
Avoid this hotel !
You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« The person at the reception had a very inappropriate behaviour. The welcome was cold, to such a point that we did not stay in the hotel for the diner. Piscine (nice, good temperature), sauna (not warm enough - could not even sweat) Jaccuzzi (out of order). Wifi limited to Whathsapp and Facebok. TV poor quality (channels). Room quite big, good confort with 2 kids, a plus »
