This is not mentioned in the description. It does also not mention that towels are not provided. Directions to the property are very poor. The postcode does not take you to the White Cross Bay holiday park where the lodge is located, this would have been very helpful and avoid us getting lost for a bit. No help desk at the...

"We were not given the key code before arrival and were in very heavy rain trying to get through on the telephone to get the code, waiting for a call back. The cleaning prior to our arrival was poor- plus there were two pairs of underpants in the drawer from a previous visitor, whenever that might have been! It needs better heating than a storage heater and plug in radiators, it was cold."
